This is a great hotel across from the beach. Service and Language are major issues. It’s clean, and away from all the noise. Don’t expect early check-in or late check-out so plan accordingly. Make sure you don’t lose their glasses, spoons, mugs, or anything else from the room. I would stay elsewhere mainly because of their service issues. Great Pizza and Ice Cream. Don’t lose your deposit slip for the payment at the time of check-in.

A good hotel but not 5* in my view, the staff and service could not be faulted. From the room maid to reception to restaurant staff exemplary. The Room that we had was a nice size but hardly any clothes storage , drawers etc. Maintenance was in my view poor. Silicone was poorly applied, black fungus in the grout. Shower tap had silicone badly applied. Great location right on the beach. Although we didn't use swimming pool looked good, and the gym useful.

This hotel uses a trick to sell their rooms. They promote Deluxe room falsely giving a choice between King Bed and Twin Bed, but at check in they will decide which kind of room they will assign. If you explain them that you selected a certain room they will tell you to complain directly to Agoda or Booking. Reception staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Also do not expect any kind of service (if missing a plug, a cable, or need to order anything in the room). Room is basic and location is near the beach, but the very rude and unprofessional staff make it impossible to ever come back.
