Had a great 2 days stay at this hotel. Nice swimming pool and bistro available at the rooftop. Located in a lively neighborhood, with plenty of affordable dining options. There's also a fast food restaurant on site. The rooms quality are good, as well as their services.
The room was huge with big bed also, breakfast selection were limited but mostly delicious. A recommended place if you want to go to Candi Prambanan. The minus they only have small pool in the back of the hotel
I was supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but I could only last one night before moving to a real 4-star hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was already problematic. I booked a Premier Suite, but was given a damaged room — the door wouldn't open properly, the bed was sunken in, and the room was stuffy and unhealthy. I booked a room with a balcony as shown in the photos, but was given one without it. When I complained to the receptionist, they downgraded my room instead, saying the hotel was fully booked...!!! The staff was also unprofessional and laughable. This hotel is far from being a true 4-star. Very disappointing.
