Very good location, 5min walk from metro, and 15min walk to bridge Luis. Room was huge: three beds, living room and kitchenette; main room had blackouts so it is always appreciated. Breakfast basket was left at the door in the morning and contained bread, yoghurt and some coffee. The only thing I did not like was the checkin/checkout: you totally depend on the people from a different hotel and they are not always around.

Quiet, clean, super friendly staff. Only issue is that small sinks in bathrooms barely drain. Apparently that's a building plumbing pipe issue.

We had a spacious top floor suite with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. Very beautiful and comfortable. Great central location with lots of shopping and restaurants. I took a star off because the beds are quite uncomfortable. It's a springboard with metal wires that cut into you. Few things to keep in mind. Very steep stairs without a lift, not for people with mobility issues. Also, I would not recommend staying there on Fridays and Saturdays. The street is a gathering place for local youth. And they make crazy amount of noise till 2-3am with chanting and shouting. It's reasonably quiet on other nights. Overall, a great place to explore Porto from.
