Lovely room with a comfy bed, good air con and a great shower..! The toilet was interesting too! We liked the small additions like the free mini bar and the robes and slippers, it's left us very impressed with the facilities. The staff were welcoming, polite and informative, answered all of our questions and gave us good advice on where to visit and where to eat. The inclusive breakfast had a good variety within the menu and it tasted delicious. The fact it ran until 11.30am was a very pleasant suprise too. Overall, it was a brilliant stay for our anniversary; if and when we visit Prague again, we will definitely come back here!

Great hotel but no parking close by. Exceptional breakfast and staff, located within walking distance to virtually everything. The reception staff was one of the most pleasant and helpful I have ever encountered over the years. They went far out of their way to help with anything that we approached them with. Even after our leave, someone on the reception staff was so kind and helpful to go as far as taking their personal time after work in order to go and recover for us items that we had left behind at a souvenir shop and mail them back home to us. Highly recommend this hotel, not just for the kindness that we have experienced from the staff but simply because of the wonderful location and magical history of Prague that surrounds it from all sides.

Best location and best quality to price hotel! There’s free snacks and drinks refills everyday in room. Room is clean and comfort. No doubt for second stat if I visited Prague again.
