The staff at the hotel, made our stay very good . The room was very comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone. The pool was large and and the gardens had many sun loungers , tables and chairs. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when next in the area.
Very good hotel. Excellent service at reception, couldn’t fault it. The receptionist was very welcoming and very helpful when recommending restaurants close by. Parking was easy and locked overnight. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had recently. Also the mini bar was free. Overall excellent
We always book the Mercure chain when ever we can as the hotels are always clean, the beds and sheets are sublime and the staff are helpful and cheerful. On this occasion the reception team excelled as we had an accident with our hire car. The reception team could not have been more helpful or caring. We are incredibly grateful to them for helping us in a difficult situation. We cant speak highly enough about them and the hotel.
