Mercure Albi Rives du Tarn

Absolutely outstanding new Suites well worth upgrading. Ask for a Suite - they are brand new spacious clean and tidy and you get much more space and wonderful views. The new Bar and Restaurant are delightful. The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. The free parking is always welcome. As a Platinum Guest we are always very impressed here. The staff are so friendly and attentive. It feels like we have come home. I would go as far to say that this is a flagship for the Mercure brand. Albi has recently been refurbished and updated as well especially the bridges all looking beautiful. Making us feel very emotional. Merci 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Our room was a river view room (which I loved) but it was also well presented, clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a restaurant which produced some great meals - very nice. But if you want to eat out there are quite a few restaurants well within walking distance. In fact most facilities are within walking distance. We had never been to Albi before, but we found that it was more than just The Toulouse Lautrec museum. And the Mercure Albi Rives du Tarn gives you access to to all of it. We appreciated all the help given by the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay worry free. Thank you. Regards, Ian

As a diamond Accor member I can say that this is one of the best Mercure hotels I've been to across the globe. A very comprehensive breakfast that has everything you need can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the river. The evening meal offers excellent quality, value for money and variety. The bar atmosphere is cosy and genial with a few games available to while away a rainy evening. An excellent choice for Bastille day with a perfect view of the celebrations.
