The room was really impressive. Besides I tried their breakfast and it’s really good. The hotel location is very convenient to reach to the city and roam around. The staff are very nice. It was a lovely stay there. Most importantly, you can book a day trip tour guide from the hotel reception. It was really amazing and helpful.
Really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Almaty City Centre. The room was cozy and the location was perfect for getting around. Breakfast was super tasty with lots to choose from, and the reception team was awesome — super friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here for a few nights. Rooms are modern and clean. We asked for a quiet room and they were very receptive to our request (the room did not face the main road which was great for us). Reception is very helpful and organized a transfer from the airport (they rescheduled with short notice due to a 3 hours delay of our flight). They have also put us in contact with a driver for a day trip in the nearby mountains which was really great. Location is perfect to explore Almaty center and only 20/30 minutes by car to the airport. Breakfast buffet is ok (not super sure if worth the cost). TVery recommended!
