Mercure Ambassador Jeju

Our stay here was luxurious as we were given an upgrade to the executive suite. The suite had one massive hall and very big bedroom with two queen beds. Bathroom was big with jacuzzi. The view from the balcony was good. Breakfast spread was okayish.

We have had a wonderful 3 nights staying at the Mercure Ambassador Jeju resort. From beginning to end we couldn’t fault the place. We stayed in a deluxe suite which had a large living area, a bedroom with two double beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The room was very clean with good facilities like TVs, a coffee/tea station, a hairdryer etc. The rest of the hotel was clean and quiet with great amenities. The gym is well equipped, the outdoor heated pool was lovely and had a lounging area too, there was an area with games to play and a GS25 store which was well stocked. Breakfast was at the Club House in the golf resort which had a wide variety of both Korean and Western style foods, plenty of choice for everyone. The resort is not in a town or city so is only accessible by vehicle. There are plenty of parking spots if you hire a car but if like us and you don’t hire a car, we found it very easy and efficient to order taxis to pick us up and drop us off at the resort for reasonable prices. We used the Uber app for this and paid by card directly to the drivers. Lastly, I want to thank all the staff we interacted with both at the front desk and in the Club House. They were all very friendly and welcoming and were always there to help if we had any questions.

I recently stayed at this Mercure Jeju hotel and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was a highlight—the water was pleasantly warm and it was never crowded, so I could relax and enjoy my time to the fullest. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.
