This hotel is good, good quiet rooms, friendly staff and a good location close to the bus station and the center and a short 3 kilometers from the old town Santa Coloma. The hotel is better than the Mercure in Tbilisi, I did not arrive in Mercure Tbilisi (due cancelled bus) and did not give my money back. Hotel Mercure Andorra has made the name Mercure completely right and good for me! This stay in Mercure Andorra has given me a good feeling about Mercure again! Thanks for the good stay!
Great spa facilities with steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool, external pool, and massage options!! The spa and location are the best things about this hotel !! Great to relax and being well located. However the room needs massive improvement: - no power plugs near the bed - old curtains are with hole on them - toilet is so near the wall that you can hit your knees at the wall while at the toilet - bathroom curtain was old / dirty and needed to be replaced Breakfast is OK with the exception of the noise the toaster machine was making (you can hear it at distance). Dinner buffet is over priced for the quality and variety of the food.
Nice staff, however rooms are not comfortable. Very old furniture, stiff low quality mattress, curtain are not real curtains but a plastic material which don’t close properly, tight bathrooms, depressing views! Not good value for the price. Not recommended
