Easy checkin. Room seemed updated. Bed was very comfortable. Surprised there’s only one elevator for the hotel. Bathroom was tiny. Rain shower was never hot or strong enough. Checking out took a long time because they had to verify nothing was stolen from our room.
The location was great in the heart of Miraflores but off the main road of busy José Larco which is a plus…Customer service wat A+ however the shower will pull a -10 . The water never really got hot barely warm. It was basically room temperature shower always and I left the hotel to go to the other Mercure property Pullman. This hotel would’ve been perfect if the shower had hot or even warm water
Budget hotel. Location is okay but there is no hot water just warm, and that's a big issue for me. The bathrooms are very small. The shower was maybe two and half feet by three. I'm not sure how this hotel can be four stars. I did not enjoy my stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
