The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The decor of the hotel and room was elegant. The fitness center was reasonable size. The swimming pool was nice. Since I got a privilege room, the breakfast was included and good. The pillows and the mattress were very comfortable. The shuttle service was great. The location is close to MRT and Airport City Line station. The only down side is that there is no pedestrian friendly sidewalk.
I have stayed at the Mercure Bangkok Makkasan Hotel several times before and had good experiences, which is why I chose it again this time. While the location might feel a bit inconvenient, I find it to be a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming. In particular, the staff member working at the pool bar on the day I checked in—though I don’t remember their name—was exceptionally friendly and served the evening cocktail with great care. The Privilege Room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the swimming pool is not very large, I think it’s big enough to enjoy some fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel.
Good hotel, near with 2 famous places, Central World & Rama 9. Bit issue while stay here where the air conditioner can not set. Can improved. Breakfast is good.
