Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24

The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS and high-end malls, with a kind and attentive staff. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, offering a fantastic city view. The breakfast buffet featured a diverse selection of Western and Asian dishes. The rooftop bar was quaint, peaceful, and provided a spectacular city view. My only complaints were an odor issue in the bathroom and some noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth a repeat stay.

I had a great stay at Mercure Hotel this time. I was impressed with everything. The front office staff, especially Ae and Mei, were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth. The room I received was also very nice, with a beautiful view and clean, meeting high standards. This was my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be the last. Unfortunately, it was raining during my visit, so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the rooftop bar — but I definitely won’t miss it next time!

We travelled as a family of four and was arranged a connecting room on 24th floor. The room has a view of EmQuartier and also other side of the city view. We love the location of the hotel so much! It's just opposite to Emporium and 2 minutes to Phrom Phong BTS. The hotel is quite new. The lobby is stylish and the room looks good too. The breakfast is delicious and we love that there are many local Thai food offered. We found that there are some changes to the breakfast everyday so we didn't feel bored. We love the rooftop pool too. The pool has a great view and also the rooftop bar (Vue Bar). Check-in and check-out is very efficient, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Actually all the staff (including Market Restaurant, Vue Bar and pool) are all very kind. If we visit Bangkok in future, we definitely want to stay in Mercure Sukhumvit 24 again!
