Perfect hotel! Eliot greeted us at reception and was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nicolay from the reception team had left a personal note on our room welcoming us and referencing our home town, which was really sweet. There were also hand made chocolates in the room. Room lovely, proper bath sheets as well! Breakfast good with full range of food and baked beans! Hotel just a few minutes walk from city centre attractions and large underground car park literally opposite. Recommend this as a great Mercure Hotel with excellent attention to detail by caring, attentive and great staff.
Eliot was very helpful when checking in. We made an error with our room booking and he was able to change us to a more appropriate room no issue. He clearly has a passion for his job and is a great host! The hotel is lovely and in a great location would recommend. The room was clean and spacious and the complimentary drinks were nice.
I had some trouble booking (with a travel website) but the staff here were super helpful in fixing the issue. Big thank you to Anthony who made my stay possible. The room was clean and well equipped, the location is central and convenient with a parking complex close by. All in all will definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay.
