The hotel is located in a quiet yet central location, with a beautiful view to the river and the castle. Our room was impeccably clean, this is always very important for me. I came for the Saumur marathon, it was the ideal choice, because it was really easy to access the marathon departure from the hotel.
Clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the Loire river. A huge choice of items from the breakfast bar. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend staying here
A nice, cozy hotel by the shore of the Loire River. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast and scenic views are definite highlights of this hotel. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: the gym is under-equipped and doesn't reach a 4 star hotel standard, there is a lack of English-speaking staff, and the rooms felt quite cold due to a low fixed temperature setting that cannot be adjusted.
