By far the best hotel I chose during my 2-week stint in Uzbekistan. It was lovely, modern, in a perfect location, and had great staff and food. The rooftop terrace is a joy - they make real, nicely-done cocktails that you can get anytime they are open, and the views (especially at sunset) are spectacular. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak MANY languages--their name tags note their languages spoken, and I was amazed that most speak 4 or 5. My room (the "privilege room") was gorgeous and well worth the bit of extra money. The highlight for me was the indoor pool and sauna/hammam complex. Wow. So peaceful and relaxing, and it was never crowded when I went. They clearly went to great lengths to make this place feel like an oasis, especially in the summer heat, and it paid off. I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Bukhara.
Fantastic hotel. It's unique hotel. Hotel staff are helpful but for some reason the housekeeping did not do our room for our entire duration of stay. Room is great. The rooms are big but for some unknown reason the bathroom is small. Did get answer from sraff either. The other amenities in hotel are great. Special mention goes to the restaurant staff. They were very courteous and helpful. Always with great smile. Service at the restaurant is great. Breakfast is also nice and tasty.
Booked this as rooms looked big and it was a mid tier recognised chain of hotels. We were surprised on how large the rooms were, comfort of beds and WiFi. The spa was great. Small gym but functional. The hamam and pool were really good. The restaurant is good too which I don’t usually eat at hotels but tried as was too tired to leave. The location is about 15 minutes walk AT least to the main square. It’s a straight line but did seem like a long 15 min walk as there was nothing really on route. HOWEVER, the one big thing that makes this hotel work so well…. The staff. Incredibly polite, helpful and attentive. The hotel lobby is good too. I did find there were loads of area with lost space. Or the courtyard could do with better seats and maybe a cafe. I would stay here again. We had an early flight. The team arranged a breakfast box for us to take before kitchen opened as we advised them we will checkout around 6am. They arranged Croissant. Fruits. Nuts. Cheeses. Syrniki. Boiled eggs. Which was amazing and very kind to arrange as part of breakfast. We had that at the airport after checking in as the airport is very very small and limited options. Muftuna in saffron restaurant was very helpful and polite.
