We were a group of 41 people from different parts of the world in November 2019. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Everything was taken care of in the nicest way. Rooms were very spacious and maintained very well. The Hotel Staff was very Helpful and Cooperative at all times. Food was very Good. The Location of the Hotel is also very nice. Overall Experience was very Good. We would surely Recommend this Hotel to Everyone.
Ok.....Let me first start off my saying the staff at this establishment were very nice and provided excellent response time in helping me during my stay. The buffet breakfast selections were great and fresh. Dinner staff was also perfect. My only issue was the rooms my first room was dirty had not been cleaned to the point where I had to sleep in my clothes. When I complained i was in fact offered another room but it was no better so I stayed as it was 3am. I was given another room the next day which was a little bit better but the bathroom had a urine stinch to it. When expressing my concerns to mgmt I learned that the original side of the hotel I was placed in had not been used due to the revolution so our room was possibly missed in the clean up. I do believe the establishment just needs to shut down a wing at a time to tend to updating the rooms carpets bathrooms tubs sinks toilets walls clearing the first from the phones etc. It is really a housekeeping and ownership issue the employees there could not have done anything more as they went above and beyond to help me during my stay. If they did some reconstruction I would return. This review is not necessarily to bash the location but done in Hope's that Ownership really takes a look at the changes that need to be made for future reservations to ensure they have repeat business.
Unbelievable!! I let the reception staff my phone so they could help me enter the wifi password and they rated themselves 5 stars. I wasn't going to write any review but now... I might have change my mind. First of all, let's talk about the cleansing. When we first arrive to the hotel we were told to wait so they could finish cleaning our rooms. Something understandable since we arrive at 11.30 a.m. We waited until the rooms were ready but when we checked the room... it wasn't clean at all. We complained to reception but they wouldn't tell us anything, thanks God our guide hadn't left the hotel yet and he helped us to solve the problem. Apparently in reception wouldn't tell us anything since we weren't the first in complaining, three more rooms from our group had the same issue. It took them three hours to find us a new room which had been cleaned. Though they upgraded our reservation, we couldn't leave the hotel until 4 p.m. Certainly not a 5 stars hotel as they announced themselves in Google and TripAdvisor.
