There was no lift which was not advertised on the website and we ended up having to carry baby, pram and all bags up multiple flights of stairs. I did not receive confirmation email despite calling about it multiple times and being told it would be sent.
The mattress must be 30 years old. It had no cushioning and very bouncy springs that you could feel through the almost non existent cover. The shower is also extremely low for some reason. Im not even 6ft and it was shoulder height to me. The staff were good and accommodated my late check in but I definitely won't be back.
I have had to ring on two occasions to get my points and still don’t have them, as a platinum member I expect an upgrade for my room and didn’t get it. I’m not surprised this Accor hotel rates st 3,9 Starr. The rooms are dated and the staff don’t follow through
