Very convenient location and front desk staff were very friendly, especially Ms L, who specially arranged a room for us to rest in as we arrived prior to check in time. We spent an hour in the room and had a good rest, especially after an early morning travel from chongqing. When we left the hotel for lunch, the friendly staff aLao arranged to move our luggages to the new room, saving us the hassle. She also promptly updated us on WeChat on our luggages being transferred to the new room. Highly recommended!
-Clean and beautifully decorated room -Friendly staff -Extra perks such as free ice cream or snacks which are free of charge -However, location is not exactly friendly for elderly or handicapped individuals and we had a hard time finding the hotel on our first day. Suggestions: 1) have a shuttle bus at IFS or Chunxi Road to ferry guests; and 2) provide guidance to your hotel location. It got mixed up with the one at Niu Wang Miao.
We had a family room on the top floor of the hotel and it was decent with all the necessary amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The concierge staffs were friendly and helpful in getting us our rooms fast. Breakfast was average with common Chinese dishes and some western choices. The location of the hotel was ok with 20 min walking distance to Kuixingyuan
