This hotel is a firm favourite of ours. Why? Many reasons including really well placed, excellent customer service, spacious comfortable rooms with good bedding and good bathrooms. Breakfast deserves a special mention, really enjoy the use of local produce (and the map/explanation of where it comes from). This was our fifth stay (works really well for breaking a long journey through France) and hoping for many more to come. One minor suggestion (I think maybe this did happen previously) is that information could be given on the name of the car park/how to access it. Thanks to the staff, we will be back
We had wonderful time staying in the Mercury hotel in Clermont-Ferrand. From checking till our departure everything went smoothly. Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable room, great location
Really enjoyed the visit - really well situated on the centre great value and very helpful staff - we arrived late and had a great meal in the bar area. No complaints or unhappy faces really nice to feel so welcome - MERCI!
