Mercure Convention Center Ancol

It's always a pleasure to staycation at Mercure Ancol. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped with all amenities. The facilities are very complete. There's an adult pool and a children's pool with slides and fountain. Of course, there's also an indoor and outdoor children's playground, complete with VR games. My children said they don't want to go home and want to stay in this hotel forever. LOL 🤣 For breakfast, the food here is delicious and there are lots of choices. Last but not least, if you staycation on your birthday, they will give you a very touching surprise and treat that will fill your heart with happiness. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

We recently had a staycation at Mercure Ancol Jakarta with our family and we absolutely loved it! The kids had a great time too, and we’re very likely to return. Although the building looks a bit classic from the outside, the room itself was surprisingly modern, clean, and comfortable—nothing old-fashioned at all. The swimming pool is quite spacious, with a large slide and a fantastic playground that our kids really enjoyed. The hotel also offers a lot of fun activities for children: arcade games, VR games, billiards, face painting, piñata games, and even activities with the local fire department. Super fun! Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and delicious pastries. We also requested a cute little tent to be set up in our room—such a fun addition for the kids. The food in the hotel was quite affordable too! For example, we got a big slice of marble cake for only around Rp15,000, and it tasted great. Thank you Mercure Ancol Jakarta for such a lovely experience. Looking forward to staying here again!

Staying at grand deluxe ocean view, room 751. Overall a fair experience. Its an old property but well-maintained and the room is fully renovated. But the air-con is very noisy and hard to adjust, i cant barely sleep. Please check and fix as its very inconvenient for guest' good night sleep. Also please pay more attention to room cleanliness, well its clean but not sparkling clean, some edges get dusty especially area behind the carpet. But i satisfy with the hotel facilities, very kids friendly full of activities, walking distance to beach and ecopark, huge parking lot. I would come back with kids for sure but seriously fix the aircon please
