I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the restaurant – the food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes available at the all-you-can-eat buffet. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to Talia, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you, Talia! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

A charming and memorable stay in the heart of Ba Na Hills I spent two nights at Mercure Ba Na Hills French Village, and overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived at the lower station (Ga số 5), the bell staff were extremely attentive – helping with my luggage and transferring everything smoothly up the cable car. They even brought my bags directly to the top station, which I really appreciated. The room was classic, cozy, and full of charm, reflecting the unique French village architecture. It’s definitely worth staying overnight here to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the early morning and late evening, when the crowds are gone – perfect for taking beautiful photos. There was a slight issue with the scent in the public areas – the elevator fragrance was a bit too strong and gave me a mild headache, and the hallway smelled slightly musty. The breakfast buffet was varied and international, suitable for many nationalities (I noticed many Indian and other foreign guests). The dinner buffet was just average – though I enjoyed the salad bar, which was fresh and diverse. The hot dishes didn’t stand out. Check-in on the first night was a bit slow, but on the second night, the receptionist went out of their way to help me keep the same room, which I truly appreciated. The hotel grounds are stunning both day and night, with great photo spots all around. If you’re planning to visit Ba Na Hills, I highly recommend staying at least one night here to fully enjoy the experience – especially when the area is quieter and more magical outside of daytime tourist hours.
