Mercure Dijon Centre Clemenceau

Amazing location, staff, and pool—we didn’t expect such a great hotel! We asked for 2 connected rooms for the kids and got two newly renovated ones with beautiful design and great showers. The pool was clean, and the bar staff were super friendly. Underground parking and a tram right outside—just two stops to the city center. Lovely city! Handy supermarket on the corner for snacks when restaurants are closed.

Nice hotel and good location for me. Close to the exhibition center and 15min walk into the pedestrian area. It looks a little old from the outside but inside is modern and most likely remodeled in the last few years. A lot of power and USB (C as well) outlets around the room. The room is spacious.

Provisionally 4 stars- Very nice room and bathroom, I forget whether that's what I booked or if we got upgraded- either way, no complaints. Only thing which bothers me is that for the last 90 minutes nobody has cleared the tables in the outside area of the bar, and I have just been bought another beer, but strangely my wife's and my empty glasses were not removed, hmmm... On the plus side, friendly and super-efficient reception staff, big bonus is charging is free (!) if you pay for the covered parking. Generally pleasantly impressed so far. Full disclosure-I'm an entry-level Accor club member and my wife and I are on our third Accor stay this week which may explain the room upgrade, but all is good up till now.
