Had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel in Dunkirk! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant visit!
I put 3 because of the attitude of the people in a reception ,not really friendly, especially the tall man in a white shirt in a always glue to his seat and laptop at the reception!!! I m sure he will recognise himself! Otherwise the other staff are really friendly And location is perfect.
Arrived to be told the car parks full. Had to park on the carpark across the road which wasn't secure. Hotels nice and modern however shortly after checking into my room another family walked into my room. Bar prices are really expensive bottle of water small glass of wine nearly 19euro!! The room its self very clean but disappointed with the Childs 4th bed not sure if it was set up right but it just collapsed in the night. Overall disappointed with the hotel in comparison to cheaper options within accor group. We just stayed at there paris hotel which was superb.
