Modern and clean hotel, we thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The two men serving at the bar were super friendly, as well as the house maids, very attentive and kind. Comfy bed and fresh clean linens. Parking under ground, free, safe, with lift ( never been in one like this before) Super.
We stayed in June 2025 and it was an excellent stay. Very good hotel location. The room was new and modern, spotlessly clean. We appreciate the upgrade whenever it is available, thank you Mercure Fatima for that. Staff were excellent from the Reception to restaurant and bar. We had a dinner at the hotel and it was also lovely. We had our welcome drinks and it was a nice relaxing drink by the bar. We paid for breakfast and it was surprisingly nice. We had the best scrambled eggs here coming from other hotels in our 4-week trip. Compliments to the chef! We stayed for one night and wish we stayed longer. We highly recommend Mercure Fatima.
Very nice hotel, clean and large rooms. The location is perfect, next to the cathedral. They also have a parking, a very special one, you need to take the elevator with your car. Very nice feature :). Breakfast was also very nice.
