I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast. There were so many options, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to popular attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!
(+) Pros: - The hotel is located near the city center, making it easy to find food and restaurants. - The rooms are of good quality, clean, and spacious. - The swimming pool is excellent, suitable for both adults and children. (-) Cons: - The breakfast rice could be improved; it was too dry. Overall, though, the breakfast was good. Special Thanks: Special thanks to Mr. Deni and Ms. Manda (Front Office) for their assistance with the easy check-in and for granting us a flexible one-hour late check-out. Overall: I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Garut and will definitely return for another visit. Thank you.
This hotel is pretty new, which is cool. I really liked the lobby and check-in area – it smelled great, was super well-designed, modern, and even had a bit of an art deco vibe. I definitely think those areas are prime spots for some photos. The hallway to the room is carpeted, which made dragging our suitcase a little tough. But the deluxe room itself was neat and spacious enough. I loved how the room had a pretty color coordinated theme, and the bathroom's green color was really calming and aesthetic. We had a pleasant stay here overall, with no issues with the bed, AC, or any of the other amenities. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but honestly, that wasn't really a problem for me. Breakfast was just so-so, nothing special. But the restaurant and pool area offer a great view of the mountains if the sky is clear, which is a nice bonus.
