Mercure Gold Hotel Jumeirah Dubai by Accor

I stayed at Mercure Hotel on July 31 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the front house reception team gave me a warm welcome and excellent service. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Last time also they all made bery good and superb experience for me as i mentioned before. I also want to give special thanks to the swimming pool lifeguard team – Ravi and Pushpa. They were very attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at the pool felt safe and comfortable. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out. Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Hotel for such a pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Gold Hotel. I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Adel at the reception — his professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude truly made a difference. He welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout the stay with great hospitality. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Everything was tidy, fresh, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return again.

I had a very bad experience with the breakfast at this hotel. Despite the high cost, the quality was extremely poor. Nothing tasted fresh — almost everything felt like it was from the previous day. Even the fruits had a foul smell, which is completely unacceptable for any standard of hospitality. There was no variety, no flavor, and absolutely no attention to freshness or presentation. I genuinely felt unwell after eating. It’s really disappointing to start the day with such a terrible meal, especially when you’re paying a premium price. I do not recommend having breakfast here. Definitely not worth it.
