We staid in the suite, which was very spacious, very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an easy 5 min ride to the Richelieu beach which is nice. Unfortunately we had an issue in the morning. Our boiler caused a short circuit so we ran out of power for a while. Also, there is no restaurant but a bar that can hopefully serves finger food. Kinda disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Good experience overall.
Good value for money. Lovely clean cosy rooms with a balcony. I would definitely stay here again. Cute spa with a fitness centre is a bonus. A bit strange that there is no change room in this area. But otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. Having a late check out tops my list too!
Pictures look better than it is. No shower gel in pump, stained carpets was off putting and not very clean. Rooms spacious. No dressing gown which I would expect from a four star hotel.
