What a great stay we had the Mercure Goulburn. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome and staff could not do enough to make sure we were having a great stay. they were friendly and accommodating and made us feel like family. The room was inviting comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a great stay. Do your self a favour and eat at their restaurant. Service was excellent and food was delicious. It was world class
From reception to departure we felt like a 5 star motel. The welcoming staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed. From this experience, I will certainly be searching for Mercure in future. Thank you.
Lovely staff and lovely room. Was greeted in a very friendly atmosphere. The room was super comfy. Was so happy to have stopped off the highway and had a fabulous overnight stay.
