Mercure Grand Hotel Biedermeier Wien

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Mercure Vienna! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, they really made us feel at home. It was my partner's birthday, and the team went out of their way to make it special with a lovely surprise in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was a life-saver during the heat wave cool, quiet, and efficient. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, great quality toiletries, and a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I would definitely come back such a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic stay - the hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to the city by foot, tram and train. The hotel was quiet and staff were friendly, kind and professional. Breakfast is superb - so much to choose from and all very fresh! We ate in the restaurant/cafe/ bar on a number of occasions and the food and staff were great. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and the added extra of a fridge and safe was super! The room was also very clean. My mum and I loved our stay - thank you!

Great hotel. Good location. Entrance to hotel down alley which is cobbles. Hotel has couple of areas. One side is reception. And lift to rooms.Other contains bar/restaurant/ garden area to sit to eat/ drink. Breakfast good selection. Staff mostly great. Gave 4 stars for service - ate there 2 nights out of 4. 2nd time. Bit of mix up on meal order. Did get rectified fairly quickly. Our German - 1 very good. Other passable.
