Mercure Hai Phong

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was incredibly polite and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. A special mention to the manager Mr. Brad Son, who was always present and attentive, ensuring guests were well taken care of. It’s clear that leadership here sets a high standard of hospitality. The on-site restaurant was a highlight—delicious meals, beautifully presented, and with excellent service. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every dish was flavorful and fresh. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service, comfort, and dining. The bartender David is a lovely guy who was excited to brew new signature cocktails for me. Looking forward to my next visit!

We stayed here to prepare to go to Halong Bay and experience another city. The room and hotel are amazing. Breakfast is a buffet and changes every day. It's worth the price. We ordered room service and ate in the restaurant due to low ratings of surrounding restaurants. Room service is great, but should knock before opening the door. The Mercure staff worked to make sure we were comfortable and needed nothing. Staff throughout the hotel is friendly. The rooftop pool is enjoyable and provides a spectacular view of the city. We didn't use the gym, but it has everything needed for a workout. They were preparing to paint the building, and there were no distractions or disturbances during the stay. I would love to see the building after the painting is complete.

very clean. design is very corporate. the pool area is great and the gym was well kept. the rooms are missing hooks for your towels so you had to hang them in the closet to dry. doesn't have conditionner and the bar is not open at the roof. have to order on a different floor which is a big inconvenient. had a great stay overall. good location with bars and food within 10 min walking distance or less.
