Mercure Hanoi La Gare

The hotel is in an area that is very convenient to travel around. A lot of places we went were between a 10 minute walk or a 10 minute drive. We took Grab for most of the trip and most of the drivers seemed to be familiar with the place (easy pick-up and drop-off). The hotel was great value for the price, cannot recommend it enough.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, all the staffs, especially Anh were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Anh went the extra mile to ensure my comfort, even arranging to have a hard pillow ready in my room for the third night. That level of care made a lasting impression. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, and the sink tended to splash water, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. My husband and I loved dining at the hotel’s restaurant. We ended up ordering the same dish Bún Chả, for three consecutive nights because it was so delicious! Special thanks to Linh at the restaurant, whose warm and friendly service made each dinner even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. Despite the minor issue with the bathroom, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others. A truly memorable experience from start to finish!
