Mercure Hotel Berlin City

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Berlin City. It was located on the edge of west and east Berlin with a u bann less than a minutes walk and a tram stop close by it was very easy to get from and to the airport and around Berlin. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choice and the times were good, even later until 12 on the weekend. Check out at 12 as well. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our safe broke during our stay and it was replaced the same day, reception kept our passports and valuables safe so we could go about are day. Luggage storage on our day of departure was also secure in a locked room behind reception. We were on the seventh floor and it was very quiet, great sleep. The hotel manager also left a card and a fruit platter with some chocolate muffins in our room on arrival for my partners birthday, which was very kind and much appreciated. Everything was perfect and we will return if visit Berlin again. We will recommend you to all. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great stay, location central easy access to many attractions. Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing negative to highlight

Nice hotel about 12 minutes walk from the Berlin Central Station. The rooms were clean but there was no Minibar although it is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel which was a bit disappointing. The room was clean but the sealing had some rust dripping out. The bathroom was nice, the water pressure was good as well. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The hotel is within walking distance from many interesting places and tourist attractions in addition to shops, cafes, restaurants and so on.
