This was a great location to explore Berlin. It is very close to many LGBT+ venues. The neighborhood felt very safe. Right across from a metro station. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Also quiet, which is nice in the city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
(+) Well located to U-Bahn station, good restaurants and shopping centres around. Clean and well-designed room and exactly set just like the photos I saw when I booked the room on ALL app. Comfortable bed and pillow, I had deepest sleep thanks for that. (-) The room card was unfortunately disable on around 10 AM just after we returned from breakfast buffet which 2 hours early than standard check out time. The shower gel was provided too little and nothing left after one time usage.
Friendly hotel at a great location. The staff was accommodating and we enjoyed our stay however the room needs some modernization. There was basically no storage space, no proper desk either, although there was plenty of space underneath the TV for that. Having a mini fridge is great but also tiny, and the safe is just annoying as you have to lock it so its door won't get in the way. Oh, and the room TV was completely locked down with no streaming apps installed, so watching a movie at the end of the day was out of the question. Although we generally love having breakfast in the hotel, we found the price a little high and ended up going to a restaurant every day as it was way cheaper.
