Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central

I stayed at the Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central for 3 nights(premium level) and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and well-kept. I loved the little touches — free soft drinks in the fridge, robe and slippers provided, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is also in a perfect central location, which made it easy to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 days in early April, the hotel is in an excellent location with the tram stop across the street, and the main central train station is only about a 10 minute walk. You can't beat the location and how central this hotel is. The staff during our stay was friendly and helpful, the fridge in our room wasn't working well and they replaced it without any issues. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well and you can open the windows for fresh air. Our room overlooked the street but the noise level from traffic and trams outside was not bad even with the windows open it didn't bother us at night. Overall I found this hotel comfortable in a great location that allowed easy access to the area and would stay here again.

Location is good, service is great. Room was very nice even if it may require a bit of renovation. The cleanness was not perfect, I could see quite a lot of dust in some area. A bad point is probably the fact that the restaurant was surprisingly closed on the Sunday. Also, the breakfast was not for my tastes unfortunately, the quality was not as what I usually see in Mercure hotels.
