Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Helfmann Park

We found the hotel to be impeccably clean with comfortable beds. What truly impressed us, however, was the staff's exceptional approach. Even though we arrived just as the bar was closing, the bar staff and the receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we could still get a drink after our long drive .

Easy to find right off the autobahn, in a quiet (business) area. Lidl and small shopping center nearby. Very kind staff, helpful and easy going. We opted for a late meal: pinsa, amazing! Room was sizable and clean, slightly outdated/chipped furniture- superb air-conditioning! Cold bathroom tiles, but an overhead heated lamp that's timed up to 15min at a time. Nice water pressure in the shower, too. The hallways are spacious, and the surrounding area (apart from being in a business district) are corn fields. Breakfast had a nice assortment of bread/rolls, cold cuts and hot breakfast items. Juices, teas, and a coffee machine, too. One couple came to collect breakfast in takeaway trays, so that's an option, too. Breakfast was said to close at 10, but at 950 the kitchen staff was replacing fried potatoes - nice to see there's food available to full time breakfast is open. We like to stay until checkout, which is 12, and went for a quiet walk right after breakfast. Being in a business district there isn't much "touristy" stuff, but there's a café down the street. We could also see lidl behind the hotel. A nice stay before continuing south on the autobahn!

If the price is low, it’s acceptable—but considering it’s an Accor Mercure, I was expecting better room conditions. There were visible stains and scratches throughout, which gave a worn-out impression. That said, I have no major complaints beyond that. The staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked well, the rooms were quiet, and the location was convenient. However, if you're particular about cleanliness, be prepared for some unpleasant surprises. This may not be entirely the fault of housekeeping or maintenance, but both teams could definitely step up their game—assuming management isn’t cutting corners in those departments.
