Its a new hotel, few things are still under maintainence. Pool and Gym was not working as it is soft opening. But all other things are perfect. Breakfast are okay. Their hospitality is good. From receptionist till waiter all are good people. Recommened if you are looking to stay in Kamish Muset

So, I called the Khamis Mushait branch to ask about room availability and their services. But someone named Abdulrahman answered the call. He just said, “Hi, I’m Abdulrahman” followed by “Yes,” and then abruptly hung up on me. I could still hear background noise, so I’m sure it wasn’t a connection issue. It felt careless and completely unprofessional. What bothers me most is that I expected better from Mercure. This isn’t my first time with the brand—I’ve always had positive experiences. I had heard some negative feedback about this location from friends, and I also read the reviews on Google Maps, but I thought they were exaggerating. Unfortunately, they were right. This really left a bad impression, and I hope the team takes this seriously — because this kind of treatment makes loyal guests like me think twice about coming back.
