We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, to visit Europa-Park. Very friendly staff, very helpful. The rooms were good, the bed was a bit hard. Clean bathroom. The swimming pool at the top floor, and rhe infrared sauna were nice. The restaurant was in Black Forest style, very cozy.
Even though it was only 1-night stay for business, it turned out to be 1 night too many. The property shows aging signs almost everywhere. Room was just basic, and so was amenities. The hotel wi-fi was truly mission impossible to connect or to remain connected. And it was sooooo slow. Just about the only positive element was the fact that the window can be opened for fresh air flow.
Shower over flowed and window did not close even after I notified maintenance. The AC also did not perform.
