The reception staff were polite and helpful. It was easy to reach out to them for extra pillows and other requirements and the problem was solved without any issue. Would highly recommend for short stays. The sweet staff even offered us free coffee at checkout 💕
We enjoyed our 4 days in Magdeburg, the manager promptly sorted out an issue we had with our room and Taqi in the biergarden is very personable. Tram to town is 100 metres away. We will be returning.
Hotel located at a major road with own car parking but public transport also nearby. Interior a little dated but all clean and comfortable. Room was very large with desk, side table, comfortable chairs as well as a kKing size bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning they had moved me to a different room that is cooler than the top level. Nice move and much appreciated.
