Stayed a few days at this hotel, and had a very pleasant time. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Close to the S3, 4, 5 & 6 (Frankfurt Main HBF in less than 10 minutes!), the food is good, the rooms are comfortable. Sauna is nice too, the staff will turn it on for you, just ask them. Vielen Dank!
Overall a satisfactory stay for a short visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby supermarket. Service was friendly, and the room was reasonably spacious and clean, though not exceptional. However, the entrance is not stroller- or wheelchair-accessible, and guests with heavy luggage should be prepared for a flight of stairs. A fair value for the price, but not particularly memorable.
Staff was friendly and the bar area very nice. All over flair is outdated and old. Had 2 singles beds which on their own were too small and uncomfortable. Coffee capsules were not replaced and used glasses were not cleaned. Shower head was extremely loud. It was ok for being close to the Messe. Didn’t try the breakfast as 21 euro is very expensive.
