Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Airport Messe

What a nice surprise we had arriving in this hotel! Clean , very professional staff , great service, rooms are spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was very good and rich. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, coffee shop etc.. as a tour guide I was impressed and so was our group 😄 And the restaurant of the hotel has great food and Fabio the master will take great care of yous 🥰

The entire process, from planning to completion, was very easy. The app and information were easy to use and understandable. We were pleased with the hotel staff, the experience, and the rooms. I highly recommend it, especially for families.

Terrible service experience. I arrived at 1 PM and asked if I could check in a bit early. At first, the staff member told me the room wasn’t available yet. I politely asked if she could check with housekeeping to see if it might be ready soon. Instead of making any effort, she doubled down and told me I’d have to pay a $30 early check-in fee because I’m not a high-tier member. So let me get this straight: the room is available, but unless I pay extra, I’m not allowed to check in? That’s not hospitality that’s a cash grab, plain and simple. The dismissive attitude made it worse. Plenty of other hotels treat all guests with respect, regardless of status. I’ll be taking my business to one of them next time.
