We had the perfect stay in Wiesbaden. Everything is just nice here, decoration of the hotel at the lobby, bars and breakfast room. The staffs are friendly, soft bed, pancake, salmon, guacamole at the breakfast are very delicious. Swimming pool and sauna is not so crowded when we went there. I would recommend it 10/10 and will definitely come back.
I had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel Wiesbaden City. The location is perfect – right in the heart of Wiesbaden, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always helpful and welcoming. I also appreciated the well-maintained wellness area and the excellent breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh options. Overall, this hotel provides great value, comfort, and service – I would definitely stay here again when visiting Wiesbaden.
I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel Wiesbaden and wanted to share my experience. While the location is convenient, I found the overall experience to be lacking in several areas. Firstly, the rooms are quite dated and definitely in need of a refurbishment. The decor feels old-fashioned, and it would greatly enhance the comfort of guests if the rooms were updated. Additionally, I was surprised to find that only one bath towel was provided for my stay. This was a bit disappointing, especially for a hotel of this stature. Another issue was with the bedding; the duvet barely fits the bed, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. As for the bar service, it was quite inconsistent. Depending on when you arrive, you might receive immediate attention or end up waiting a considerable amount of time for someone to assist you. Overall, while there are some positive aspects to the hotel, such as its location, I feel that improvements are necessary in terms of room quality and service consistency. I hope to see some updates in the future.
