Mercure Hotel Windhoek

What an amazing experience at the Mercure Hotel Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and professionalism. A huge shoutout to Kahii, who served me with such grace her service was outstanding, friendly, and genuinely made my visit special. She’s an absolute star, A Gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And the atmosphere? 🔥 DJ Paulo was on fire! The music was vibrant and brought the whole place to life. Great food, great service, and incredible vibes what more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

This is an old hotel, and it would be great if the rooms were renovated to match the beautifully designed reception area. The rooms are spacious, but the hallways have a dusty smell due to the old carpets. The bathrooms feature bathtubs with aging taps. The restaurant lacked many items from the menu. However, the breakfast was well organised. Overall experience, it was quite a miss...

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel Windhoek for a conference, and my experience was far from enjoyable. A major issue was the complete lack of hot water for showers across all three days of my stay, which was incredibly inconvenient. My sleep was constantly disturbed by a very noisy bar fridge in the room. Furthermore, the balcony area was visibly dirty, with significant dust and spider webs, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. To add to the frustration, the internet connection was extremely poor and unreliable. Given these significant problems, I certainly will not be returning to this hotel.
