We had a great experience during our stay. Staff are all so helpful and friendly, specially the breakfast team which managed to help me and my family with so much joy and politeness. Nickie, Linda and Jeff are all superstars and really make the difference in our day! What a great start of the day with them! A lovely stay with exceptional service! The breakfast was delightful, and the customer service—especially from Linda—was outstanding. She was incredibly personable and attentive. This was the first hotel where I’ve ever had a freshly baked pain au chocolat delivered straight from the oven! Linda noticed I was looking for one at the buffet, told me to wait, and then personally brought it to my table once it was ready. Such thoughtful service made my morning. The location is great—tucked away at the end of a quiet close, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The ambience throughout the hotel is calm and relaxing, and the swimming pool was a real highlight. A wonderful experience overall!
Visited in the morning for swimming classes with one the best swimming instructors you will find anywhere in the world. During the lesson, I popped for a coffee and was welcomed warmly and sincerely by a lovely lady called Linda. The reception staff were also warm and welcoming. Another kind lady who worked here stopped for a chat. She a was typical bubbly Yorkshire lass who you don't encounter as frequently as 20+ years ago. For me and my family, friendly faces make all the difference. So many places these days, (especially in willerby unfortunately) are cold and unwelcoming with often inexperienced, socially awkward and disinterested staff. Not here. The diametrical opposite. I highly recommend this venue to everyone, you will be well looked after. It's places like this that don't get hyped up in the era of social media domination (and manipulation).
