Mercure Hurghada Hotel

We have just returned from a 14 day stay at the Mercure hotel Hurghada. We have had a fantastic holiday with lots of good experiences. The hotel lived up to our expectations. All staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They did everything to meet our wishes and needs. The restaurant was always nice and clean despite the fact that it was always busy. The food was well prepared and tasty. There was a large selection and something for every taste. We enjoyed both the beautiful beach and the pool. All in all a wonderful holiday and we will definitely come back.

We were at the Mercure Hurghada Hotel for the first time, thank you for your satisfaction, everything is beautiful, the experience is unforgettable, the service is excellent, the food is excellent, the service, the cleaning of the rooms is clean 10, the beaches are excellent, we will come again! We are not satisfied with the program, the karaoke drove us to the room every time, the performers are all praise, but a better program is needed. And of course we are not satisfied with the Russians, there are too many Russians in the hotel and around the hotel, we once felt as if we were in Russia, there are really too many of them and they are tiring. Thanks again for the service and all the praise, you won't regret it, and don't worry about the water and bacteria, they're empty stories, eat and drink as much as you want.

Amazing hotel. Super clean, nice workers and everyone was amazing and helpful. The hotel was really clean snd the food was good. They had a good variety so that anyone could eat and enjoy. The beach was amazing and clean. The workers were fun and had good activities and kept us entertained. I really recommend!!!
