Amazing atmosphere, good staff, big clean pool, cozy room
Great breakfast by poolside with sea/harbour view. Would love to come back again.
My wife and I excitedly booked for a friend’s wedding. Sadly she injured her back and we had to cancel and miss the trip and celebrations. Even though we contacted the property a good while in advance they refused to give even a part refund as it was non refundable on booking.com We have never failed to attend or cancelled before having travelled all over the world. The hotel showed a complete lack of ‘human’ empathy or understanding. After multiple emails it was offered that we might be able to stay another time if we shared a doctors note which seemed ridiculous to us as we were attending a wedding/had no plans to go to the area again. Very very sad all round and almost £600 lost for nothing to show :o(
