Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island Hotel

Our experience at Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island was incredible from the start — so much so that we extended our stay for five more nights! The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, especially at the reception, where we were greeted with genuine warmth and a beautiful smile that made us feel truly welcome. The hotel’s location is a peaceful paradise with breathtaking views of Lake Timsah. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning scenery right from the window. Everything — from the food to the atmosphere — exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a place that combines elegance, tranquility, and such genuine hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable escape. We can’t wait to come back again!

Very bad experience, staff very rude and not supportive, induce issues and problems to get money The security guy has a very aggressive attitude and don't respect the guest. Not recommended place for any one need a respectful place
