Mercure Istanbul Umraniye

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and there were cats and kittens in the garden of the restaurant! The only thing I didn't like was the air conditioning unit in my room, which was a bit weak and the room got very hot at midday. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would stay there again.

Esma the cleaner is amazing and all the staff are so helpful the receptionist are so friendly very good English. The food is lovely here very fresh and lots of options for breakfast. Bathuan is very nice and friendly and goes above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and at home. Turbot and all the breakfast staff are also very sweet and can make you special requests if you wish for something not in the buffet. Highly recommend and very clean also

My stay at the hotel was an amazing experience in every way! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would especially like to thank Mr. Batuhan for his outstanding professionalism and courteous attitude. He was extremely helpful, fulfilling all my requests with a smile and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I am truly grateful to him and the entire hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back again, God willing!
