We have only a night in Mercure. But it's lovely night. Room was great, everything is perfect. Food was yummy, I love their croissants. WiFi was excellent
Definitely not a 5 star hotel Old building with lack of maintenance Staff only know how to act irresponsible and you need to learn Turkish first if you going to stay here. Service deserves 0 but unfortunately only 1 star as lowest here.
Overall, not impressive. This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. Our room was not safe and in a state of disrepair. The shower door was taken odd and bare stone and concrete were exposed. We could not control the coolness of the room as they had it set to auto, and we woke up with the room at 27c!!! Water pressure was non existent and the later barely got like warm Food was very average, selection not great, no drink options at dinner (a pitcher of water). Overall, not a great experience.
