We had an amazing stay. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. They offer a variety of kid-friendly facilities, including a kids’ corner, a small playground, a clay machine, arcade games, a kids’ buffet at the restaurant, and a children's swimming pool. They also have kids activities on the weekend. If planning to celebrate a birthday, the hotel staff can help you set up a themed room. The decorations are not just simple, they’re beautifully done, complete with an adorable little cake. Both the kids and the whole family had a wonderful time.

Wonderful One Night Stay with Friends! I stayed for one night at Mercure Jakarta Cikini with two of my friends, and we had such a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service from the staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming it really made us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. The breakfast the next morning was also a highlight. the menu was varied with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, we had a lovely short stay and would definitely come back again. First of all i want to appreciate for the all of staff, start from Reception, F&B, Housekeeping and Security. The service was so excellent, no comment, they are so kind to help the guest. For the restaurant, i really recommended. Cause the food was so good, the service, the diversity of existing foods, until the room service. And also for the hotel, the hotel was so good, i dont have many comment cus i really enjoying when i stay there. The room, the pool, the fitnes center, until the kids corner was so cool. Good job.
