Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto

Excellent Stay at Mercure Gatot Subroto! My recent stay at the Mercure Gatot Subroto was fantastic, and I highly recommend it! The hotel boasts a strategic location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Check-in was fast and efficient, getting us settled into our room in no time. Speaking of rooms, ours was comfy and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the great city view from the pool area – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Jakarta skyline. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was great, offering a delicious variety to start the day. A special shout-out goes to Miftah, one of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond when he helped me locate my son's lost shoes in the pool area. That level of service truly makes a difference. Lastly, parking was convenient, which is always a bonus in a busy city. Overall, Mercure Gatot Subroto delivered a truly enjoyable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was good. Food, location and services all good. Ms. Devi in restaurant was so kind to greets and help us when we need something. It would be nice if the hotel management fix the water for shower because it not stable (when try to make warm for shower it turns too hot or too cold. We have to wait for too long to have warm water), also there’s a broken hairdryer in our room

Breakfast location is great with nice view! Food selection is great! The server was great and friendly :) Room they gave me smoking room, although they did some treatment, but still smell of smoke. Hopefully they treat it again. Overall not too bad experience.
